Parents,
I want to thank and congratulate you for exceeding
our reading goal for the week! LAST WEEK THE CHILDREN READ 1879 MINUTES! You and the children have already been a great example of our next habit.
Because all of the 5 Kindergarten classes met our reading goal
we got to have a bubble gum party! We
practiced blowing bubbles. It wasn’t
easy but we kept saying, “It’s good to do hard things.”
Thank you to Avery’s mom and Angie’s dad for
coming with us on our field trip! We
learned all about how stew is made. It
was so interesting and fun! We observe how the workers had to be very proactive to do their jobs. They have to think and make good choices.
When we got back to school we wrote about our experience.
What we saw, smelled, and heard.
What we saw, smelled, and heard.
